If you decide to take a risk with this location... good luck. If you decided to do business with them, make sure to keep all receipts, take notes during conversations (in person and phone), and take pictures of what you receive AND when you return everything.

Make sure to get for a receipt from U-Haul right after returning any equipment as well. After directly witnessing a friend go through the dispute process for part of their bill, I wouldn't recommend this location.

It's good to see there are some positive reviews from others and not all bad. But I personally wouldn't take the risk. Using this place is like gambling. You could possibly have a good experience. Just make sure to read the reviews on here.

Had a pleasant moving experience at this Uhaul location. The store has all the supplies you need to protect your personal belongings. I really enjoyed driving the van in the city. It made things easy and convenient.

Rented a U-haul truck and they charged me for twice as many miles as I actually used, didn't provide rental moving blankets in the truck as promised, I made 4 attempts at customer support via email and phone, and the manager Anthony Brown never got back to me. When I started the rental, I told them it was my first time renting in CA, asked them what I need to do, and they gave me the key and told me I was all set to go - really poor experience.

It was fast, easy and hassle free. From using the app and taking the pictures of the vehicle to getting all the supplies I needed to pack to the first month of free rent on the new storage unit it was really easy to do. I highly recommend this particular location because of the great customer service and all that comes with it. The Uhaul location at 1525 Bryant Street in San Francisco California, nice clean well kept facility with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Let's face it moving is stressful enough as it is and this Uhaul location makes it easier. Do yourself a favor and bring your business here, I did and I think that you'll be glad you did too.

Terrible experience, which made me never want to use U Haul again. If I could, I would rate zero star. I picked up a truck and half way through my trip I saw the indicator that one of the tires had low air pressure. Initially I did not see this message because it was very sunny and the driver screen was barely visible. So I had to go all the way back to the location to change trucks. I picked up a second truck and it had barely above one eighth of the gas tank. On the paper it says it had one fourth - mind you which was already low so I already told the staff whether I can get a truck with more fuel and she said I was lucky I was getting a truck with that much fuel. So not only was the gas low, the amount said on paper was also inaccurate - see the photo of the gas I was starting at. I was running out of time so I had no choice but to go to a nearest gas station to fill up. Imagine how extremely inconvenient and time consuming to have to do all this and go through all of it, especially because I was working with very tight time windows - my apartment move-in only allowed me specific 2 hours to have loading dock activated and move in furniture so I have to get everything on time. This inconvenience made me unable to move some of my furniture and I had to dispose of some things.
The only saving grace was the person who checked me out at the end of the day was kind and attentive - he understood how much gas I overfilled and refunded me the money without question. Overall, I will never try to use u haul again and never recommend to others. At least avoid this location at all costs, if possible.

This is an awful location.

Rented a 15 foot truck on to move. The truck was stolen so I immediately call Uhaul customer service and let them know what happened. All in all Uhaul corporate was pleasant and professional. I got a call today from a rep at this location basically insinuating that I stole the truck or did something wrong. I obviously did not steal a 2014 Ford Econoline box truck with a busted bumper. Get out of here with that.

Absolutely do not rent from this location.

The manager Anthony and team member Akeelie where fantastic when it came to customer service and doing their job, there was a hiccup with my rental because I was mistaken for somebody else and they made sure they were prompt to make the necessary phone calls to make my rental go smooth and have me on my way!-the Customer service number was rude and unprofessional. I am so appreciative for these guys.
