Thank you to all the great staff at the beautiful
U-Haul facility on pyramid highway in Spanish Springs. It is clean and had everything I needed.
I rented a 15 foot truck with a ramp. The truck was great. Air conditionings cold and the radio worked. It was easy to raise the sliding door to the
u-haul truck and I brought it back filled to the 1/4 as requested. This was a Five Star U-Haul truck rental. I will for sure, rent here again.

For start we reserved a 20' foot uhaul and when we come to pick up there was not one here, so they gave us an upgrade to 26' which was fine. But took a bit to get one that was running.. But at the end when returned we was done right and price was better then pick up!! Thank you to the manager that helped us out today!!! BTW the staff here are always polite and helpful when we come in for any Uhaul and moving needs!!

The staff were very professional and polite. My experience was easy and equipment was clean. Moving blankets were also clean and in sealed plastic bag. Truck return is easy and simple with the U-haul app. I had to return my truck after operating hours. U-haul app allowed me to finish my move.

When I brought their truck in, which was rented in California, it had an extra days milage because we had to make 2 trips. They didn't charge me for the extra miles, I did however make sure it was topped off. When I pointed out the extra miles, they said they were glad to have the extra truck and waived the miles. On top of that, the unit was spotless, everytime I had questions or concerns, they were professional, courteous. I now have a garage but, if I need storage again, I will use their service.

I put 16 miles on the truck. I put in 3 gallons of gas. I left the receipt in the truck. Got the receipt 8 hours later and you charged me for 2 more gallons of gas. It’s just wrong!!!also you advertised that I would pay .99 a mile but on receipt charged me 1.19 per mile. That is not ok. False advertising and fake charges. I need to be refunded the proper amount.

Humph.... That place needs management training! I've never seen anything like I've witnessed there before. I feel sorry for the good employees that manage to withstand the lack of training and bare minimum salary. At $15hr I can see why there is a high turnover. No customer should ever be talked to or treated the way that I have witnessed. With that being said... Customer beware! The U-Haul on digital CT is no friend to you. New hire beware! You will have no proper training and left alone to make mistakes. Your only saving grace is the other employees that stuck around to help you through it. You'll know who they are because they will be the only ones who have respect for you, the customer and there work!!!

We needed a unit last min and found this location. Easy pick up process, was helped along each step of checking in. Only took 5-10 min from walking in to leaving with a truck. Drop off process could not have been any easier as well. The service here definitely helped relieve my fiancé’s stress from moving.

Terrible experience, do not come here. Very unprofessional. After the hitch was installed, it took 2 1/2 hours, they informed me that part of the undercarriage of car was taken off and couldn’t be reinstalled. They did not ask me beforehand. When the installer asked for help from the manager to help put back on, I had to wait another hour so he could help everyone else in line first. One of the worst customer service experiences ever.
