Everyone was very helpful, efficient, and courteous. Sean checked us out quickly with a smile on his face. The truck was clean and worked well. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went in for two uhauls and a week later they are charging for some stuff that they said they were not charging us for. They also charged the card on Christmas when they were close so that really does not make sense let’s get it together I mean come on we had to move house and we chose to use u haul but not anymore because look what they are doing they have took almost 500 from me and my family and they are continuing to do it to other people and it’s not at least if you’re going to be charged for something when you wanna know about it

Clean truck friendly service . When the staff saw that there was a line waiting they had more people come to the front to take care of the customers that were waiting. I was really happy with their service. I Made sure I returned here when I needed to refuel my propane tank to u-haul of Vacaville because of my experience thank you!

Josh and Mr. Gill are super knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me a fair price for renting my trailer. I highly recommend this UHaul location. I've rented other U-Hauls and it was a disaster with hidden fees and surcharges but Josh explained the process and made sure I didn't incur extra charges. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

Ryan helped me out and he did a great job. This has been the best Uhaul experience ive ever had. Upon returning the equipment I pointed out a flaw the trailer had and he was attentitive and showed concern to take care of the problem right away and apologized for any inconvinience it may have caused.

This is the second time I've rented the same trailer. It's always been an awesome experience every time. I had this Vacaville Uhaul install my towing hitch and brake controller. They did an awesome job. Everyone is very professional.

We moved from Vacaville to Louisiana last month and Manny and his team were absolutely incredible with helping us. We changed our reservation probably three or four times because we have never done such a large move before and had no idea how we were going to move two vehicles and an entire house and they were so kind and accommodating and helped us through everything. They were incredibly patient and helped out wherever they could without complaint. When we went to pick up the truck everything was quick and went smooth. It was extremely clean and they even scrubbed the windshield one more time before we left. They gave us a newer truck because we had such a long drive and it gave us peace of mind knowing that the truck was new. They definitely went above and beyond what was necessary to get us from point A to point B and seeing as it was our first time doing such a huge move it was incredibly helpful and made the process significantly less stressful for us. They were amazing!!
