Always go here for propane refill about $17 more or less, but it is great. The service is great. The guy who works there is wonderful. I wouldn’t hear this weekend and he was. What you call the employee of the month I want to say overall overachiever super nice treated everybody fair treated everybody nice did what he had to do even though he was packed he still got what he needed to be done. Done man was kind with everybody treated everybody the same and especially for that is why I’m giving a high recommendation for this place. He was incredibly humble to every single person no matter race color, gender. Price that you had if you’re budgeting or if you had money to spend. I was in and out about 20 minutes, but it was OK because there was about 30 of us.

I was 2 minutes early for my hitch install appointment. The person who had a later appointment was given my spot because they showed up way before their appt. I waited more than 2 hours. What is the point of an appointment? I’ll have my mechanic do the install next time. Super frustrating.

The reason for 3 stars and not 1 is that The guys are nice and helpful when asked, but something needs to change here. No one could give me an explanation of why it happened.

Terrible communication. Wasted 2.5 hours with drive time trying to get a tow hitch reciever installed . They asked me to get there early and then said go ahead and wait at a local food place, should be 1.5 hours. I walked back because I hadn’t heard anything. Turns out they don’t have the right part and would have to drive to get it. No thanks.

The two gentlemen that were working at the time were super helpful and accommodating. I requested the uhaul with no ramp and went back to return and they made it super quick and easy.

I had an awful experience with U-Haul. The online system showed the vehicle I reserved was available, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t and was pressured into an unnecessary and costly upgrade. This kind of manipulative and unethical upselling is unacceptable. I will never support U-Haul again and will actively discourage others from using your services.

I reserved a truck more than a month in advance to move my elderly mother to Illinois to stay with me, a 20 foot truck one way was over 5,000 and we accepted that. But it took only one week for uhaul to call and sweat me into different options when I already have a plane ticket and all planned out, so I canceled uhaul and got penske with a guarantee and over a thousand dollars cheaper to boot!! Uhaul will always be a last resort for me.

Everytime I come to this location, there always no one at the store and I always have to wait 15-30 mins for someone to help me rent the truck
