Jose B. provided us with great care and support in the drop off of our rental. He explained to us proper drop off procedures and was thorough in going over our paperwork with us The to make sure everything was done properly. I needed my new propane tank filled and I called this location and Carlos the Manager answered promptly and politely so I thought I'd give this place a try. What a great decision. Carlos greeted me with a cheery attitude and took care of my needs. Carlos served me well by making me feel both welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this place and Carlos of course

The older cashier did not explain things to me in a way I could understand he just went over it like a parrot repeating things understandably because the line was backed up. The store was too warm and it took 20 min to get to the checkout. 2 employees aren't enough for the weekends. Please get an AC. Buy second hand from offer up. Won't cost you more than a hundred. The employees work conditions are unjust.
On the bright side the other employee helped me and showed me how to work with the van. I'm grateful for his help and kindness.

They refuse to serve you if you are a last 5 minute customer for them plus they make fun of you inside. Not recommended at all. The only thing they care is they are done with the day and go home. There are better places such as La Mesa location. I am regret using this location.

I go there frequently to fill up my propane tanks. 2 weeks ago I go there with a brand new tank. The guy was on the phone the entire time and over filled my tank. Now I have to empty out my tank bc the valve is leaking propane
