The team at U-Haul Kings Canyon are superstars! They are kind, professional and accommodating. I ordered a U-Box and it was ready to go, spotless on the pick-up date. They helped us when we had a last minute glitch and needed to access the U-Box right before shipping. Christian, the manager, arranged for us to put a few more things in the box hours before shipping. The whole team was fantastic.

So booking and renting was efficient. Make sure you take photos or videos of the truck. The gentleman who initally rented me the truck said it had not dents and was newer, the truck had 130,000 miles on it. I took pictures and video just in case. When I returned the truck the gentleman who was ringing me back in said there was a huge dent. The guy who initally rented me the truck said it wasn't there when he rented it to me. Thankfully my video showed otherwise. It definitely felt like a set up. Also the truck ran horribly with 130,000 miles. Luckily we only used it locally. I won't be using them in the future.

No stars for UHAUL Nothing. Reserved a truck 8'bed,after a 35 minute delay in the uhaul office(agent wouldn't accept the card I had use 3days before,demanded 2 profile pictures and 3 references with phone numbers that answered call. And after all that told me the truck I had reserved and was parked right outside had just been sold. So he rented me a 10'box truck that a/c didn't work. Fresno that entire week was over 110° . Never again UHAUL NEVER AGAIN

I always come to this location because it is always service with a smile. The gentlemen there always go above and beyond to make my experience excellent. I recommend U-Haul but in Fresno, CA this is the only location I support.

The truck was good and the prices was easy however they are not honest with the price since it keeps increasing on each step of the process and even when they promise you discounts for the gas those do not get applied, very misleading information with the charges
