I liked the customer service and ease of the process. Pick up and return was both easy and smooth. The only concern I had was the truck had a check engine light on but since I noticed it late, we weren't traveling far and it was driving ok, I didn't swap it for another one. But it was a little disconcerting. In every other regard it was good. Truck was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to. Fyi- You should have your own lock handy to lock it when you need to park it out of eyesight.

First time I’ve ever driven a Uhual and to say that my anxiety was at all time high is an understatement. I arrived at my reservation time and was warmly greeted by Shanelle . She was quite knowledgeable and reassured me all was going to be ok . Sometimes it’s the little things that matter most ! Her postive reinforcement and supportive attitude was exactly what I needed. She was able to efficiently process my recreation and in a world where something always seems to go wrong I was pleased that all went with no hiccups ! Thank you Shanelle and the U-Haul team !

Had the best experience renting out my U-Haul with Litzy and my return was so easy with Chanell. I just parked the van and they took care of the rest. 2-Days renting back to back and they’ve convinced me to use this location for my business. You got a regular customer!

I am unlikely to recommend U-Haul at all after our experience. We had many rentals fall through as equipment was not there as promised, which severely messed up our move-in times and we both had to call of work because of this. Do not go to this location.
