When I got there cars were parked almost blocking the entrance. I could barely park my own car.

The app was taking forever to work. I was delayed 30 mins

The truck had a major collision damage right front bumper and fender

My equipment that I had reserved and promised to be in the back were not there

The truck was parked in a place where I had the hardest time getting out and since driveway was half blocked, I could barely get out

The truck was horrible, alignment was off and I had to hold the steering wheel crooked! When driving it would stall so bad I got car sick! I took videos for proof

It was horrible!

The stalling caused furniture to fall and delayed my job! I’m very upset about this!

The U haul representative that I worked with when I picked up the trailer was extremely unpleasant to work with. She clearly did not want to be there and had no interest in the work or helping customers whatsoever. If she does not enjoy the work she should just find another job.

Other than that I really like u haul and only had good experiences. Great company!

The trailer hitch install is excellent. Everything is not only aligned razor sharp, but there were no cosmetic imperfections on the body afterwards at all. Seriously: great install!
Sadly, in the process of the mechanic getting in and out of the car, a large metal clip on a heavy keychain clipped to his cargo pants’ pocket, scraped my steering wheel, leaving a large, long abrasion on the underside.

Got here for some propane 10min before closing, I know not ideal but hey I have a job too. Rushed here after work only to be told nope were closed at 6:50. Great. Thanks.

Great experience. We just needed a small truck to move some furniture. We were next in line. Things took awhile due to customer acting like a jerk. He didn’t want to give a phone number in case U-Haul not able to get a hold of him. When he finally did and the manager called that #, he was irritated. These are the rules dude! The manager “Brandon” handled things in a very professional manner.

Make sure the truck doesn’t have any issues Before customers use them.
Make sure customers know that small trucks do not have ramps Which are very helpful with moving.
Also make sure there’s no issue with the truck like TPMS lights not working.
