The gentleman who helped me at the time of rental was great ever after that poor. The dolly bounced around a lot, even with the car on it. It bounced so much that it messed up the wheel and fender. Then I had to wait for a u haul tow truck who told me there was nothing else I needed to do he would take it to their repair facility. After hearing this I assumed there nothing more for me to do. I wake up the next morning to a $341.32 charge for the dolly being dropped off at the repair u haul location. I paid for u haul insurance and when I used it I was charged for their product to go to their repair facility, which was taken there by their employee. I then tried 3 times to get a hold of an employee at the location I rented the dolly from altogether I was on hold for almost 2 hours just to be told to call back the next day. Morale of the story great service until they get your money then extremely poor service there after.

Also I still haven’t received a call back for my money to be reimbursed for the u haul employee dropping off their product at their wrong shop.

You guys could do better they were just two employees working in the store and they were organizing shelves and they said to wait. I was within 10 minutes just so I can pick up my truck when I was in quite a hurry. I think you should value your customer first before putting up shelves. I understand the timing and everything but Should be taken care of the first customers waiting for your organizing is not very polite and the store manager be aware of that . Experiences a previous retail, seller manager and business owner. My opinion is to work better and fix those matters.other than that Service was great

When I arrived there was no one in the office for 20+ minutes. Once an Agent came out there someone at the front desk that would help me. There was no one at the front desk. Another 20 minutes goes by the agent come back and says has anyone helped you. Once I was assisted I asked for the blanket package I had purchased the agent said he would get them for you, but never came back with the blanket package. The truck was the only part that was reliable.

Jorge and Ednis were AMAZING. From start to finish they helped me reserve my U-HAUL, and walk me through all the options and the self return instructions. Any questions I had were answered with expertise. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for their TOP NOTCH customer service. Jorge & Ednis are definitely corporate bound with their customer excellence!!

Hi, I had a really bad experience renting here. Rude employees. Also they allow drunks and drug addict laborers to stand in front of their location. I used a couple of these guys one time and they stole my wife's diamond earrings, $800 in cash , and a couple bottles of our whiskey. Don't hire these guys they will steal your stuff. T

Never been so disrespected in my life. The staff here is terrible after showing them the utmost respect. The person dealing with me was unnecessarily rude. Not sure if he was having day or what. The vulgar language used towards me and my family was uncalled for

Horrible service. To hard to order something it takes a lot to rent just towing dolly’s they can’t do that online and they don’t accept apple pay. They verifying to much even name on your credit card. The manager was trying to play an idiot 👍
