The pick up experience from a reservation made online through the app was TERRIBLE! The app would not intuitively advance in order to complete the reservation. The help numbers did not direct us to the right department, so we used the chat feature which did help us ultimately get our reserved truck. A move is stressful enough, technology is the new norm BUT you have to provide correct, responsive customer service...Trained, courteous and knowledgeable US based Team members Matter. The return was better, but don't expect any HUMANS to help with your rental.

Terrible experience. I received a call from a rude sales person telling me that I was going to be charged for a mat that was not in the van I rented. He continued to interrupt me and tell me I was going to be charged, and would not listen to me at all. Later I was called back and told they had made a mistake and realized that the mat was never in the van. Don't think I will be renting from this location ever again.

Friendly staff. He was helpful and explained everything to me about the final charges when I returned the unhaul. The wait time really sucked. I had to wait 30 minutes but it all worked out in the end. I didn't/or couldn't use the self check in. But I did was helped by one of the staff. The unit was clean and worked well for me.
