The manager is very unhelpful. I waited in the cold for three hours for someone to come fix a flat tire on a trailer in the parking lot. Meanwhile the manager had an identical trailer in the parking lot that he refused to swap out to me. uhaul said helping me was at the managers discretion which this manager chose not to do. The guys in the yard are great. Friendly, helpful, and they do a great job cleaning the trucks. The manager is reason enough to choose a different location.

Your staff is over all rude, no customer service skills or experience. They speak to you always in a rush, no please or thank you, and seem to be always upset. The last rental I just did was giving to me incredibly dirty, which I have many pictures of and would love to show you if you would like. Overall not a good experience, I rent your trucks from this location because it is close to my business needs, if it was not for this i would not. I will be renting again in a few weeks, hopefully it's better the next time.

the staff is very rude "first park your car correctly, then I'll talk to you". they didn't have the trailer we reserved, they only informed us about it a day before. They offered a larger trailer, which technically didn't fit my car at all. uhaul refused to look for the trailer I needed in other places. if you respect yourself, avoid this place

I showed up to rent a cargo van for 3 hours. Staff was friendly and polite. Quick service and I was out the door in ten minutes. Returning was a breeze. Super easy and very polite gentleman who signed me out. Gladly rent there again

The customer service was horrendous. The main guy dismissed me and was disrespectful of what I said repeatedly. The line was long even with an appointment, they took calls and did phone customer service with three or more people waiting in line, telling them to use their U-Haul app rather than them. The place needed 2-3x the employees.

When returning the truck they treated my adult son the same, telling him rudely to return the truck through the app though they were at the counter and he did not have the app. The counter dude wouldn’t talk to him, wouldn’t give him instructions for where they wanted the truck parked. Fortunately one good lot guy came up and helped and took care of it!
I’ve already been telling friends to NEVER go to this location.

The guys there were very helpful and kind. I really like the customer service. In November I rented trucks two weeks in a row. The guys who check out the trucks are very nice and respectful. Thank you for your kindness!

There was nothing to like about this experience. The truck was old, dirty and smell like gas and exhaust. I went to Home Depot yesterday 11/15/24. I will continue to rent from now on. This was about my 4 rental in row To Uhaul and the experience the same. Uhaul has LOST loyal customer.
By the way. I stay sick for weeks after I rent from Uhaul . The gas and exhaust smell make me experience lightheadedness, nausea, smell of gas exhaust from 2 weeks upto a month after renting one your trucks

U-Haul charged me for gas that I replaced, so not only did you get the gas tank filled up as I had used, but then they charged me for 2 additional gallons of gas, and claimed that I didn’t dispute the amount left in the tank even though I took a picture showing the amount. Fortunately there are other truck rental options other than U-Haul. There have been too many issues I’ve had with U-Haul. Hopefully I will not have to use again. By the way, one of the other issues that stands out in my mind was that I identified that there was glass in the drivers compartment when I had first taken out another truck rental. They charged me for cleanup.
