I brought my truck in to get a new 7 pin connector wired in place of the 7 pin that was already wired in but no power to the charging or trailer brakes as well as the 4 way flat that was OEM. DAVID did a wonderful job installing a combination connector and now my trailer charging system and trailer brake system works great and looks much cleaner underneath. Thank you!

Fast, friendly service, and most of all, affordable. Well maintained, modern long-bed truck was available. If you know your going need a vehicle reservation services are available. William was professional, efficient, and courteous and had me moving in no time at all. Minnie greeted me on return and I enjoyed my interaction with her. This is an excellent UHaul location. The workers there have been there for many years. The equipment is excellent. The supplies like boxes & tape are cheaper than box stores and much better.

We had a horrible experience with the 15" foot truck we rented. The trailer door on our last run got messed up as we were about to close it after filling it up entirely. The steel wires on the truck to help the door coil up got tangled, I had to call for assistance which took over 2 hours. I had to call off of work because I had a loaded truck with no way of closing and locking it. The guy came and had no way of fixing it besides cutting the wires so the door so it would shut. Which ment I had to have someone holding this 300+ pound steel door open while we unloaded this fully loaded truck. When we returned the truck the employee did take a day off of our rental agreement, but with this sort of problem a full refund is what should of been offered.

U-Haul was great health employees but the moving service moving helpers is not someone you want to hire the double charge. Me two guys were supposed to show up only one did and they still charge me for two men and I did the work with the guy so they’re not a good company to hire if you do need help moving.
