I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made the check-in process very easy. The truck was very clean and the parking lot crew was very helpful to ensure the windshield and side mirrors are spotless. Thank you Vallejo team!

The woman at the front desk that checked us in the morning we arrived was nothing more than exceptional. My elderly dad thought he made a reservation for a 10’ truck, but when we got to the counter none were available. Rather than sending us away she helped him obtain a 15’ truck for the day and made his day by saying she remembered him renting from before. It’s not easy to move as a senior but it was very nice to hear that my dad’s experience with her was absolutely amazing.

This is my first time renting a U-Haul in Vallejo. I needed a cargo van to move a large piece of furniture. Unlike the West Berkeley branch from where I used to rent, the Vallejo lot and office are clean and well organized, pickup and dropoff was efficient, the van was in good shape (and didn't smell bad, like the ones in Berkeley…), and the people working there were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ring the bell for propane a dozen times but no one come out and help us with the propane refill. I walked inside and found the lady sat inside and chatting with another guy and she wouldn’t leave her chair. Instead, she requested to have another technician to come and do the work, even though the technician was busy working on something else at the time. The female continues chatting with the guy. After some time, the two of them walked out and the female start taking pictures while the guy posting in front of the store. Then, she started screaming at him… what an experience.

Mr. Antonio met us to handle the return of a 20' truck and auto transport coming from Las Vegas after moving my mother-in-law.

It was busy when I picked up and dropped off, but these got me out quickly. I didn't get the name of the fellow who checked me out, but he was slammed, kept his cool, and was quick and professional. Kevin checked me in. Efficient, friendly, and professional, too. Good location. When I need a vehicle again, I'm going to this place. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Do not rent a u haul from this location, they are trying to scam you.

They charged me for 250 miles extra, when in fact I did not even go more than the 50 I was allotted and paid for. My mistake was not taking a photo of the odometer just in case they pulled a fast one on me. They charged an extra $300 to my card unauthorized after I spoke to corporate and filed a claim that was they were trying to charge me was incorrect.

My experience here from start to finish was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Once we got the keys to our truck we were told our car was outside only to roam around the lot and still be unable to find it. Finally we ask an employee a second time to help us find it and we finally do. I have my rental for 3 days and they call me the day after asking me when I will be bringing it back… they have no idea what they’re doing here.

Upon drop off we are standing around the drop off area looking for someone to help us and finally an employee asks another employee to actually do his job and help us out. We leave the keys in the car as instructed and honestly big mistake. I should have made sure we didn’t have pending charges after because this is where they claimed we drove an extra 250 miles we did not. After filing a claim with corporate they said a manager would call me and I never heard back yet they charged my card anyways. Crazy. Unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable.

The worst and most terrible service I have ever experienced was at this branch. Unfortunately, a few irresponsible, rude, and disrespectful people work there who have no regard for customers whatsoever. They don’t care how long a customer has been standing there waiting for someone to assist them, while the staff keeps chatting among themselves. I deeply regret choosing this branch for my purchase.
