This place sucks balls.. manager on site sees things that are not real, no communication what so ever , iv been here 10 days no access to the gate twice & extra lock on my unit. & No one seems to know why! I'm assuming ( RACES). last but not least, 7pm is the lastest to enter the gate not 10 or 24 hr. After move in.

U-Haul is always there for you! 24-hours every day of the week. If there’s no one in the office there’s a website you can reserve or turn in your truck with your mobile phone. The prices are extremely fair and all you have to do is have a valid license. Seriously, U-Haul has gotten me or someone I know out of many situations just by being available. Thank God. Just do them right and they’ll never turn you away.

Was only here for 6 months and there were roaches and multiple poisonous spiders all around my belongings. Before seeing all the critters, the amount of dust on my belongings alone made me immediately want to change storage companies. There are also big gaps that connect to other folks storage so it’s not completely sealed/secure. There are always people “hanging out” in their units. Saw one person nodding out with a needle in their arm. If you need to save money and store say outdoor tools or lawn equipment then this place would probably work. Anything else, you might as well sell your stuff or bite the bullet to pay more with a different storage company.

Well five star is overrated, but I've had a storage here for about 3 - 4 yrs. No issues. Except when my lifetime warranty uhaul lock froze! And I had to pay the locksmith out of pocket to come cut the lock off! They gave me a new lock for free though. Manager does his job well. He's one of those: I take myself and my job WAY too serious types! 😃 Lighten up! Anyway the homelessness is overwhelming in the area. I must say they do an excellent job maintaining the place on the inside. Great job. Conveniently located for me. 👍🏾 Good job guys.

Someone should be living on this site again.🙏🏽💞 Tags on units paid up and the ministry's storage is one of them. Smh... I would even be willing to do it.
It's sad having to stand in line at u-haul to take care of business and terrible getting a real person on site.

Nice staff, storage facility located away from office which is a little annoying. Storage unit prices are reasonable, facility is clean and appears safe. Lots of rentals available.

My husband's storage was broken into through the unscrewing of inside screws holding the walls up. The manager avoided any conversation and then when contacted, said he was being disrespected. Ending in court.....
