Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been emailing them for weeks about my scooter and I get no response back but my account was charged 149 for damage after I was in an accident that I explained in the many emails I sent out with no response back. There wasn’t a warning of the charge or any communication back regarding the charge. I was not sent a replacement or a new handlebar I was just charged the fee and I couldn’t cancel my membership until weeks later then they tried to charge me again and send a label. If you never experience any issues then the company is fine but as soon as you need assistance the real motive behind this company comes to light.

Horrible Experience with Ubagi Scooters

I’m extremely upset with Ubagi. I rely on their scooters to commute, but today mine locked for no reason. The app says, “We could not verify your Voyager subscription or scooter purchase,” even though I’ve been paying on time! My last payment was charged on the 16th of last month, and I’m not due again until the 16th of this month—so why am I locked out?

To make things worse, they have no phone support, just email, and they take forever to respond. I’m stranded with no solution and no transportation. This company is unreliable and poorly managed. Don’t trust them if you actually need reliable service!

I leased a scooter this summer from unagi and the product itself was fantastic.
Dealing with their customer service/payment people was an absolute disaster. Endless loops, harassing emails, threatening actions, it's really sad. All for a scooter I had already returned.
I'd love to rent another scooter but I would never deal with the bureaucracy and bull that they were offering.

Echoing all the terrible stories of their customer service. I think "Sara" is an AI bot that just repeats things over and over again in email once a day. I had to file a BBB complaint just to get a repair estimate. DO NOT do business with them.

This is a horrible company there is no phone number to try to reach them when
you send a message and ask you to sign into your account needing to get a shipping label to send back to them there's no way to get that all I can say is this is a horrible company
