Customer Service was amazing. I took my scooter to about 3,4 different spots and couldn’t work on my scooter. They told me I could pick it up next day and they ended up getting it down same day. Great place for your scooter needs. Highly recommend and will always come back. Even though I moved further away, I’ll still come back here when something happens to my scooter.

Nick was the nicest guy,
He helped me find my father who was lost at sea for 15 years. My dad was lost for so long he became friends with a volley ball! He even had to rip his rotten tooth out with an ice skates. Nick hopped on a plane and visited every island in the French Polynesia to find him.

The customer service at this shop is awesome! I placed an online order for a deck, bars, and a few other parts to finish a scooter build for my son's birthday and Nick gave me a call to go over the order and verify that I only needed one wheel. I let him know we had a spare and it was all good he said he would get the parts out and get me tracking numbers right away. I had an email with all my tracking info the next day. My parts were shipped immediately and showed up fast, he even took the time to write a Happy Birthday note inside the box. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and getting us hooked up with everything we needed to make an awesome birthday for my son. Next time we need something we will for sure be ordering from U.S. Pro Scooters!

guy was nice needed a tube but second time I went to have my Imax looked at and the guy said there is a 5 month wait for repairs very confused.
