Terrible customer service, shady practices (hidden fees, etc). They tried to oversell us insurance and when we declined, they tried to allege a small mark on window shield was going to require an entire replacement. Absurd. We never leave bad reviews but this experience was awful.

The location in LAX , This is a warning to anyone who is planning to rent a vehicle from them, I got charged for gas fees even though I had pictures and documentation that proof that the extra charges are wrong, completely dissatisfaction . Will never recommend it
