If you want a Polaris Rzr you found the place: The customer service, pricing and quality beats every other shop/dealer in Southern California. Like other reviewers stated, they treat you like family. Dan, Lee, Tanya, Megan, Wheeler and their entire crew is awesome! They built an insane XP4 1000 tailored to me, for thousands less than a half-built car at other places.
I knew little about Rzrs and stopped in here to look. Dan spent nearly 2 hours with me going over everything about them and never once tried to pressure me into buying anything. I went back a week later and ordered a 4 seater build. Lee and Tanya worked with me about what aftermarket parts I should get for my type of riding and budget. Plus they were completely upfront about the price of every single item, from the actual Rzr down to the light switch toggle, no hidden fees or BS like every other dealer.
Two days after I ordered my 4 seater build I went to the Sand Sports Super Show at the OC fairgrounds. I walked that entire show and the price I paid out the door for my 2018 Rzr was cheaper than every "show special" I saw.
When I picked up my finished build Wheeler spent half an hour with me doing a full walk through and going over everything, from break-in procedure, service, maintenance, operation, etc etc. All the toys Ive bought Ive never had a dealer do an in-depth walk through like that.
The service you receive here is beyond outstanding and them having the best prices in SoCal is just icing on the cake.

I purchased my 2021 RZR Turbo 4S here back in October of 2020. They were the only dealer within reasonable mileage from me that had the exact model I wanted. The price was also the best I found anywhere else. I dealt with Lee and she was great. I will definitely buy from here again. Here is what my RZR looks like after a few mods 😉

Unfortunately, the service quality has gone down to the point that my 8+ year tenure going there has ended. I will NOT return. My last RZR service & repair had significant errors and improper work that I am now having to pay another service shop to correct as I don't trust the quality in returning to UTV TechMaster to address.

For example: New rear brake disks and the lug bolts wobbled loosely (see video).

Rear Hub "jesus nut" were not tightened to spec (i.e. loose).

New radius rod bearings over-torqued to the point of cracking.

High Amp BD light bar installed with a simple 12v rocker switch that melted - rather than using a relay switch.

PCI radio interference, installed a 12v filter but never tested it to determine that the problem was NOT addressed.

I paid over $2K for those services above (incl fluid changes).

I have spent many $10's of thousands over 3 vehicles the last years with this team and was accustomed to high end services that are now missing.

Nice staff and location. Lots of Adult Polaris inventory, apparel and accessories. I purchased a 2019 Youth RZR 170 for our kids. Looking forward to taking it to Ocotillo Wells.

In response to Chad. We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase our Razor through Ivan Stewart's Polaris dealership. Dan and his staff have been nothing short of spectacular. I had been to several dealerships looking for the vehicle that I wanted. They gave me the best price and the best service that I could've hoped for. During the process of purchasing our Razor I asked Dan if he could put my purchase ahead of several people in front of me because of a medical condition in our family. He was more than helpful and accommodating. We received our Razor on time have had outstanding service, his staff has been more than helpful even going back in to the shop to give me advice and instructions on issues I I had questions about. I would not hesitate to recommend Ivan Stewart Polaris dealership to anybody.

I put my info to be contacted about a RZR 1000 XP 4 and Lee called. She answered ALL my questions over the phone and gave me an upfront price. All the other dealers around SD area would not give me that info. My wife and 2 crazy kids went in to look and they were all very accommodating. Felt no pressure to buy, answered my questions, and enjoyed just being there along with my kids. So we decided to buy. Prices are outstanding and upfront. They don't have the crazy ADM additional dealer markup like EVERY other place does. Lee did great with the paper work, Dan was awesome with questions and information and Fred did a very through walk through with us. Unfortunately, my rzr had a hick up due to lack of detail (from Polaris) and I called Dan and he told me to bring it right in. Dan assured me it would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing. First time I've been to a dealer and felt like I would be taken care. Highly recommend this place. They really do make you feel like a part of the Ivan Stewart family.

I called many dealers to purchase a new XP4 1000. These guys were super easy to deal with and gave me a great price, made the entire deal over the phone. I arrived at their dealership signed the paper work did a walk around and orientation. I was in and out with the new unit in less than 1 hour with no surprises or added fees. Made it worth the drive from 400 miles away. Thank you Roger and Dan, I will see you next time I need a new one!!!
