WOW can they build or rebuild a trailer. V/M built our new one and rebuilt a customers 1999 (other brand), this year. Attached pics are mine (grey) and the customers (green). Be patient on a small order for parts, this isn't Macy's, this is a small family owned and run business.

I found a well preserved 1978 V&M Custom trailer,excellent tough trailer.went to shop ,Great guys workin there helped me out with trailer light ,cover and bulb. Awesome customer service even while bein busy. Thank You.

Absolutely the worst customer I have ever received. I ordered trailer guide on’s online and order placed in May 2021. Called and spoke to someone at the end of June and said they backed up and they are going to start on them ASAP. Called again today and spoke to Debbie and she started ranting that they are extremely busy and I don’t understand how busy they are, she told me she hasn’t taken a day off, working 7 days a week. She also stated that my order is out of stock and I am at the bottom of the hierarchy.

I was in shock, I have never been talked to like that from any Customer Service. I feel sorry for the business owner. That company needs to do some quality control and phone recordings with their customer service. I just told her to cancel my Order.

This lady should not be working in Customer Service as she can’t control her emotions and her mouth. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this Lady.
