My son’s bike needed a special wheel I couldn’t find. They located it the next day and helped with other hard to find parts. Guys in the shop are always helpful and make relevant recommendations for your needs.

I walked into the shop yesterday with a lot of questions. I'm in the market for a BMX bike. I believe the owner spoke with me, and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. By Monday I'll be buying a bike from them. Also I'll be going to them for any parts, questions, and repairs from now on. Their prices were great as well. At very competitive prices. Better prices than online and no worry on if what you're paying for will last because you can simply ask the workers here if it will and they'll give you an honest answer. Thank you Valley Bikes. I look forward to doing business with you guys.

Best place to go to tbh. The workers are always so helpful and when we I took my cruiser bike to get fixed, he explained everything he was going and how much it would cost. The total was around $120 ish for new gears, brakes, grip, chain, and some other things. And they have a cute dog who is very friendly. To some it up…10/10 would recommend.

Stopped there on our way south to get help attaching new pedals on a bike, then later came back for spare tires. Well stocked, very friendly, good prices. Totally recommend.

I'm wet with rain upon entering and needing to buy a replacement front wheel inner tube.

Greybeard "A" says he has it. So I flip my Costco bike over to quick release my front wheel and he says "work on it outside". The shop is small so there is a chance I would be in someone's way, although slim and brief. Despite more rain threatening I oblige.

Upon re-entering, greybeard "B" is playing hardball regarding inflating this inner tube I just bought. Even making up new store policy on the spot regarding not providing that service at all and simultaneously charging for it. All-the-while fumbling not only his words but also his tools.

I like the tube, and the price was reasonable but the service was hard fought.

My advice to the owner is loose one jaded greybeard and intern a wide-eyed highschool kid on such Saturdays!

Finally, do not expect a call from me gentlemen...

Awesome service. Owner and staff are extremely personal, helpful, and honest. No bike elitism here. Great prices for all repairs and tune-ups.If you're lucky, you'll be able to meet the, very cute, shop pup. I will ONLY be taking my business here. Glad to have found this shop. Thanks Valley Bikes!
