I came to Wasilla with no plans. I needed a car the last minute. I am a 50 year plus renter of enterprise but they could not help. I don’t know how I found Valley Auto rental but Jeremiah took care of. What a jewel. His auto was perfect for my wife and me. He made it so easy. I am a life time user of valley auto rental.

I needed an economical car for a couple of days while my Jeep was getting a new clutch. I rented from Valley Car Rentals and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From my first phone call (on a Sunday) to the seamless return, everything was wonderfully simple. I had a reservation with Enterprise, but after talking with the owner, decided on Valley instead. Their price was competitive, even a little less, and it was all so nice and friendly. They introduced me to an equally wonderful Uber driver who helped with getting me to and from the rental location. Everything was right on time and exactly as expected. I even got a partial refund from my initial payment because I returned the car a bit early. Everything went exactly as I was told it would. The car was a cute, economy Kia, with all the modern bells and whistles, and was clean and ran perfectly. It was warmed up and running when I picked it up. I even started thinking perhaps I needed a newer different car....
In the end I ended up falling back in love with my good ol' Jeep, and was left with a positive, warm glow from the entire experience.

I live out of state but travel to Alaska fairly often. I have rented from Valley Car Rentals twice now; both times have been completely seamless. Pickup and paperwork is always quick and easy, cars are spotless and perfect, and customer service is top notch! Can’t speak highly enough of this business, and the prices can’t be beat either! Thank you so much for taking the stress out of finding affordable transportation during my busy visits! Will definitely continue renting from them and highly recommend skipping the overpriced (and impersonal) commercial rental companies, and choose local!

We Rented a Chevy Traverse from VCR this February and was thoroughly pleased with my whole entire experience. From contacting Jeremiah, to prices, pick up and drop off and everything in between. The easiest car rental I’ve ever dealt with! Car was clean, drove perfect and had great winter studded tires as well. He responded fast with texts & phone calls & super personable and professional. The passenger windshield wiper broke, while I had the car. I called Jeremiah up and he bought a new one immediately and it was replaced. No issues what so ever! I would highly recommend Valley Car Rental any day. Also, supporting local only helps our community!
