Left elder patient sitting in 98 degree weather because they have a rule against helping patient up stairs. The person was not told ahead that they couldn’t help a person up or down stairs. She paid 85 dollars for this service and then was left in the sun. If neighbors hadn’t heard her yelling she could have died. Shame on this company! I volunteer to bring food to seniors and couldn’t believe the young lady did this.

Valley Medical picked my mom up 3x a week to and from dialysis and they were always on time, very helpful, courteous and sincere to our needs. I was a single mother, working full time and I never worried about my mom while in thwir care.

Horrible customer service, referred to our patients as , "left overs" from a previous company we used and claimed, "we don't want them". They were quick to raise their voice and could not conduct herself in a business like manner at all.

my dad always gets there late and Sonia the supervisor or manager doesn't have no professional manners. I asked why my dad is always late and I got the answer "if you don't like it go to another transport service" so guess what I did. Valley transport sucks

Service its really bad, been waiting here for 45 min, I called them and they told me I have to wait another 45 min to an hour more. They just don't have considerations for the patients, bad bad service 😠 this happens every time we used them.
