After buying a product at a 200% mark up, and the product being defective. Getting the attention of these people for an exchange or refund is like next to impossible. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Staff is knowledgeable on rc topics however are unwilling to assist on issues preventing my rc needs to become operable.
