They should get zero Stars. I purchased pipes from a local dealership. Within two months my pipes were rusted and paint peeling off the tips. Their warranty page says they don't cover rust or discoloured pipes. I have a nice bike that looks great accept for these pipes that I just purchased. What is this world coming to that you can pay ridiculous money and no one will stand behind this product. My dealership is not likely to do anything since Vance & Hines will not do anything.

The pipes are discontinued, probably because of this issue. I have had vance & hines chrome pipes for almost 20years on one bike and never had an issue with those pipes. My new pipes are black and I would recommend everyone to stay away from Vance & Hines .

I take pride in my Harley and how it looks. This is a disgrace.

Bought the FP3 tuner for my 2012 Flhx. Easy installation. Installed Andrews 57H cams and had bike tuned in under 5 minutes with tech support. Bike runs amazing! Update! Installed the harley 110 kit with 89cc heads and tuner still works great

I have had numerous vance and hines products, intakes exhaust and tuners. I ALWAYS recommend this company to everyone for its excellent products and support for them. I have always been impressed by there customer service but recently I had some damage done to my bike that required me to order some replacement parts. Cheyne McNab helped me out on both my my calls. He went above and beyond with makings a bad situation good. He was able to get all the parts I needed ordered and shipped with in the same day. Motorcycle companies need to emulate employees like cheyne and vance and hines. Thank you Cheyne McNab

Just got off the phone with Mark at V&H customer care line. I am happy to share that Vance and Hines thoroughly stands by their products. After 20,000 miles on my 2015 CVO Street Glide the rear header pipe formed a crack at a weld for the rear mount and literally over time from expanding and contracting broke almost clean. After sharing the pictures and giving Mark my info, with in just a couple hours he had an approval to send me a new rear header pipe and slip on clamp free of charge. I even offered to pay for it or at least pay for the shipping cost, but Mark said they would just take care of it no problem. Thanks for the exceptional customer service Mark and V&H! You have me at Hello!!! Great Job!

Called customer support talked to rich yesterday and today he went above and beyond to walk me through my fp4 tuner. He also worked on a tune for my bike. I have 2022 streetglide special and I am gearing up to add more aftermarket parts. to the due to interaction I had with rich I purchased the vo2 air cleaner and now looking for a vance & hines exhaust for my bike. 10/10 best customer service I've ever dealt with

I ordered a fuel pack/fp4 from Dennis Kirk for $492 and to no surprise they sent me the wrong part, when I called them they said that’s the part I ordered, I simply replied why would I order a part for a 14 CVO when I have a 09 ultra classic different year bike, I could not return due to fine print on website return policies, I called Vance and Hines directly and you guy’s really took care of me Mathew from fuel pack team thank you so much, I just received my part today I will always order direct from you guys from now on no middle man!!!!

I recently installed a FP3 on my FXBB and started getting an error code for the idle speed control. This was on Saturday around 7:30-8pm. I sent an email and because of it being the weekend I expected to get a reply Monday (today). Surprise to myself they actually got back to me yesterday asking to send in the map. I did what they asked and the bike was running great within a short amount of time. I am very satisfied with the customer service This was my 1st V&H purchase but I will definitely be prioritizing them for any future part purchases.
