Brought our 45 ft rv in for oil change. Called and was told to be at the door at 7:00am to be first in line. We called several times to confirm before arriving. Pulled in at 7:10. Rv Sat for an hour while workers (5) stood around and talked. Pulled rv to back and after 3 hrs we asked for an update- and they had not started yet! Then we were told it would take 3 more hours! Ridiculous for us full timers. We will not be using velocity again. UPDATE: Made an appointment at our next stop (Diesel Daddy) and we were in and out in an hour!!! Shame on you Velocity!

Stopped here with a check engine light (low oil pressure) they took my truck in right away. Turned out to be a bad sensor which was replaced immediately and I was back on the road in a few hours (all covered by the warranty) though I had to find a truck stop in the area to drop my trailer (that's down part) other than that great service 👍 ps 2020 cascadia

If I could give a place negative stars I would go down to -5, Google hangouts to adjust there rating system, because many companies these days do not even deserve ANY stars.
To start off I was at a different Velocity location and had no need to drive over an hour in traffic to this Whittier location, but I did because I was told by a parts representative from Whittier they had 2 in stock…… THEY DID NOT!

Lol…. Then the ticket system they use where the “willcall” is separated from the “walkings”, then they will not take CC’s over the phone and I can understand that 100%, but don’t tell me the parts not paid for for over an hour when everything that was asked for was given and was sitting in there computer….
Flies everywhere, no A/C. I have 6 kids and awhile back we went to the circus well I kid you not I swore any second I was gonna see the clown car come out from the back and have a bunch of clowns jump out…..

This place is super busy and that’s only because everyone and there cousins and uncles and brothers and mothers bought Freightliners with all the stolen pandemic monies, “FACT”.

I’m 100% serious I would walk barefoot to the next closest Freightliner Dealer, that’s how Sad and Pathetic this whole ordeal is…. I so hate giving a bad review, but when it’s called for then I’ll do so lovingly!!!

The BEST service. We had an emergency issue with our RV at night and got towed to this Velocity location for warranty work. Not only did they get us in right away but they were so kind and helpful and fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. Shout out to Steve the best tech ever and Naomi at the front desk.
