Luckily to have 1 star. I called the contact information regarding tire patches and I got send to the unnecesesary place and the person couldnt speak English at all which I even have trouble communicating. Besides that very disrecpel person. He left me outside and closes there gate while I am talking to the person on the phone for translation.
Another bad service when he just backing up his track that I was behind and not letting me know that he is going out.
This is not a good repution to this kind of customer service.
The price is expensive too.
NOT A GOOD RECOMMENDATION TO FOR ANY KIND OF TIRE BUSINESS.

Super grateful for the service we received we got a flat tire on the side of the highway on our way back to Arizona. I made a call and they had a brand new tire and road side service for a price we couldn’t beat in less than 15 mins he was there! to the gentleman who help we appreciate you so much thank you!!

Fast and great service. I was stuck on the freeway with a spare tire that wouldn’t make it to my destination. Vidal had his partner come to the freeway at 11pm and got the job done within 2 minutes. A bit expensive but definitely worth the price.

Words can not describe how good his work ethic was. He came quick and answered all my questions. It was raining hard and he was out their replacing and fixing my tire. An absolute gem. I live in Arizona and wish I had someone in Arizona like him. One of the greatest of all time!

Vidal's Tires is great, could not recommend him enough! We were driving to Joshua Tree Friday night from LA and our tire started stripping on the road, we definitely couldn't keep going. We changed to our spare only to find that it had a hole. Definitely the worst case, we've done the drive tons of times but clearly weren't prepared that night. At 11pm Vidal picked up and had a new tire for us. We drove down the street and met with one of his partners who changed out our tire and had us back on the road in no time. They accept Zelle so payment was easy and Vidal was very responsive. We got to our destination safely that night all thanks to Vidal!
