They had our work truck for one week. They never called to update us. We called daily to check on it. At the one week mark when I called Rich was annoyed and said “you guys call twice a day and I told you we need to get a lift”. I was put off by his demeanor as I was just checking the status of our truck as it had been a whole week. I wonder if he wouldn’t call on his truck if someone had it for a week and still hadn't put it on a lift so they could diagnose what was wrong. Paid $180. No diagnostic results and it’s not fixed. I’m actually OK that it’s not fixed and that there’s no diagnostic results. I’m not OK with the lack of communication and him being short with me on the phone because I called to check on the truck that my husband uses for work daily. Their message on their phone says they are honest, fair, cost-effective, and can fix anything. I would say that’s not true and they can add, they are poor communicators. When I picked the truck up, the guy pulled it around, and jokingly said “well, it still runs”! Very unprofessional. The gal at the front desk was very sweet.

I was so impressed with the speed and quality of the work done here! I took my car in for some body work on Monday morning of Thanksgiving week, hoping that it could be done by the next Saturday, and they called me on Tuesday afternoon to say it was ready. Looks good as new and was even a bit cheaper than the estimate! Will definitely be coming back if I need anything else done in town.

While I didn’t actually end up getting my problem fixed (The car has a lot of problems and it’s not worth it anymore) Ron were very kind and upfront with what he was going to be able to do! Going to an auto shop as a girl who doesn’t know a lot about cars can be kind of daunting but I appreciate that I felt respected and they communicated clearly. Additionally, they drove me to my work and even drove my car back to me for me.

For SLO county, Villa does it all, the first time. Sinple oil changes to complete engine work all done by Certified mechanics or even a mechanical Engineer. They are open 7 days a week, provide free rides, own their own towing service and body shop. ATTN GERMAN CAR OWNERS: Don't waste your time and money elsewhere (like I have). Villa has the mechanics that the other guys wish they had! Call or just go in, first.

If I could give you 10 Stars I would.. as a traveler in a new town.. towed to à repair shop I wasn't familiar with.. I want to thank you so much for your prompt attention to my needs and your persistence in following through to make sure I got back on the road okay ..

Your prices are very very reasonable and everyone there made me feel welcomed and certainly with a feeling that getting back on the road I was safe. Thank you again I highly recommend this shop. It's a much larger shop than you would imagine and the waiting area for customers is very very comfortable and I really appreciate that.

I bought a used car last year and took it to villa. I told them to inspect it and fix anything that looked bad. They. Never checked the rear differential oil and the car blew out a axel bearing 6 months later. That oil was all sludge.

I feel bad because I had to pay 3 diagnostic fees. One for a misfire then one for the egr and one for the iacv on top of $2,000 body work

I didn’t think they ever inspected the car because I took it Rizzoli‘s and they told me transmission fluid is low. That is the leak behind the rear seal. and the power steering system needs to be serviced.
