Great dealership! I was loosing my hydraulic clutch on those mountain roads.
The service writer I spoke to suggested I let it cool down and bring it in for a clutch fluid replacement. They got me right in, changed the fluid got me back on the road within 1 hour and even washed the bike for me!

had an accident on my motorcycle and I took to another shop. They held the bike for six months while telling me different stories here and there without producing any work so I pulled it from the shop and took two Vasalia Harley Davidson thinking there’s no way that I could have a bad experience with such a big name as they are approved for insurance work. that was not the case although they did not take six months like the previous shop to do nothing. It was quite the opposite roughly 3 months after I dropped it off. It was ready to go and found my bike was done, but there were debris painted over in the front fairing, there were pinstripes that were put on a quarter inch lower from one side to another and a 6 inch span. There were drip marks down the rear of my saddlebags where they repaired a scuff they installed. The incorrect windshield made the complaint about the incorrect windshield they went ahead and installed a second incorrect windshield . I made it very clear from the beginning that it needed to be repainted. All of those items needed to be repaired and I was reassured that if I pay my balance and take the bike, they will get those items addressed immediately and that has not been the case. They are pointing the fingers at the insurance company that already paid them to do a job and they did not. the insurance company is pointing their fingers at the shop saying we already paid for the repairs, and I’m just stuck here with a bike that needs to be repainted and all the pieces that were paid for need to be replaced because they are incorrect. And all around horrible experience you pay in full like you’re supposed to trying to do the right thing and the service rider lied straight to my face just to collect payment and get me out of his hair.! I do not recommend the shop at all.

They were very friendly and not pushy at all. Everything went well. They're even delivering my new motorcycle to my house in Fresno. I worked with justin and would recommend for anyone to go in and talk to him or any other salesman. Great atmosphere and selection. Although I wish their big fountain was working when I went in there. Having the water fountain going would make the place way cooler.
