Worst place to take your car for repairs ! The staff is rude and treat you as though you’re an inconvenience for calling or walking in. I took my car in for recalls on 12/23 (fuel pump / seat belt latches) and by 12/25 my car was making a horrendous noise every time I would back up. I then call Honda back and the best they can do is provide me with an appointment for 12/31 to check my concerns. I finally realize that the cover under the car is dragging and that’s what is making the noise. I take it in on 12/31 and explain to them that this occurred after they did their recall repairs and the associate tells me that my car did not need to be jacked up for those repairs, which is a LIE. Please do not take your car here, if you have the time and resources take it to Selma Honda, I never have a problem there and they always make you feel welcome and aren’t rude, and most importantly they work on your car correctly.
