I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle two days ago, and I parked my vehicle in my garage without driving it in the past two days. However, today, in the bright sunlight, when I drove it out, I noticed two dents on the driver's side door. The parking lot at Volvo White Plains is indoors, so defects like this were not visible at the time of purchase. This issue not only affects me but could potentially impact any future CPO vehicle buyers. As a best practice, I believe that potential buyers should be informed of any defects prior to purchase, allowing them to make an informed decision. Such circumstances should not occur, especially at a reputable dealership like Volvo White Plains. Customers like me went into your dealership and made purchase decision because of the trust. I have owned and leased so many cars. But I have to say the Volvo dealer 260 e main streets in Elmsford was one of the best dealers. I just bought my c60 sport and the made my experience over the top. Salesman Sam Rabadi and all the staff were amazing. I advise everyone to go and shop there, you will be amazed.

I brought in my older Volvo for an electrical issue my regular mechanic couldn’t figure out. The new service area is large and clean. The staff is very friendly and listens to you when you explain the situation. It took a few days but they located the issue and fixed it. They also did a multi-point check and found an oil leak along with some other minor issues. They sent me a detailed video on email showing me what they found allowing me to choose what, if any, extra repairs i wanted done.

Once my car was ready they sent a Lyft driver to get me and i found my car washed and cleaned.

I won’t lie, service here is more expense than a regular mechanic, but if you have a serious issue it’s worth it.
