If I could give a 10 star, I would. Our experience was nothing but amazing! I would definitely recommend VS Marine to anyone who is in the market for a boat. We purchased a new Axis and didn’t even have to do the “break-in” process, it was already dome! These guys really know how to make this process a pleasure. Erik was very knowledgeable and very thorough during the “on the water” orientation. Kris was extremely helpful with the process, not to mention the story behind VS Marine. This is the perfect example of a small business I will continue to support 100%!!!

Overall my experience was good. I bought a boat a few months ago that VS Marine was selling as consignment for a private seller. Apparently they inspected the boat and after passing inspection, offered a 30 day drive train warranty. That ended up being my saving grace! When I got to VS marine the boat was outside for me to look at. They did a great job cleaning up the boat, it looked amazing. They took time going over the features and operations, I was impressed. However, when I got home ( 4 hrs away) and put the boat in the water I noticed there was too much water in the bilge and after running it for an hour there was oil in the bilge as well. So called VS Marine back and asked them to take a look at it. Shawn who works in the service department and apologized for the inconvenience and arranged to have the boat brought back to the shop. VS picked up the boat and diagnosed and repaired the issue ( cracked muffler and an improperly installed rear oil main). They shipped the boat back to me and It’s worked great ever since. It’s been a great boat for the family, we’re very happy with it. Overall, buying a boat from VS Marine was a good experience. I wish the repairs would have been noticed and repaired prior to buying but I’ve got to hand it to VS Marine sticking by their warranty. The guys that work in the service shop were very knowledgeable and communicative, specifically Shawn for great customer service. I would by another boat form them!

Let’s start by saying you will NOT get better customer service anywhere !!! Hands down the best !!! Deserves a 20 star rating. Stopped by Tuesday at noon on our way up to the lake Nacimiento to look at a Bennington we saw on line, it was perfect ! In 24 hours it was delivered and we were on the water. White glove service ! We purchased our pontoon boat from Shawn at VS Marine in 2017. Shawn is a straight shooter and not a pushy sales person. He is knowledgeable and listens to what you want. I have purchased numerous boat accessories from VS Marine over the years and gone to them for our boat's annual service. Greg and Troy in the service department are great. They are always friendly and do excellent work.
Most recently we decided to sell our boat. Not wanting to deal with the time and effort it takes, I had Shawn list the boat on consignment. He sold it the first week!

I had a great experience with VS marine. There were several other dealerships closer to me but VS marine stood out with their professionalism. This is a very well run business with an abundance of capable, knowledgeable people. I would certainly make another purchase from them.
