Brian’s service is next level. We had a throttle issue and had a lake trip planned, so he met us on our way to the lake and installed a new throttle and gave great input and advice on a few other issues. We live in LA but would gladly make the trip out any time to have Waketech work on my boat. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Brian and his team are top notch , they have over 25 years experience with Malibu, Axis and the rest of the ski boat brands , amazing people to work with. Don’t hesitate get it fix once get it fixed right. Very well trained and certified on everything wakeboats/skiboats.

Brian was awesome. He took the time to look over a used boat I bought and thoroughly go over all the factory defects I should look out for and correct. OMGoodness! They saved my day trip!!! Out on Lake Elsinore my Malibu [electronic] 'Surf Gates' stopped working. I called a highly reputable boat dealer that was programmed in my phone and they referred this
dealer Waketech. What a blessing, Waketech pointed me to their video on YouTube and within minutes my surf gates were recalibrate and we were surfing behind the boat. I love when businesses take the time to give back. They made no money from me, but they've got my business from here on out. Thank you for saving my trip. First off....Let me say a piece about pathetic boat insurance....like every other insurance....they are only out to not cover things and collect premiums. With that said.....Nick and Brian have been god sent. I have a manufactured defect in my wakeboard tower ( which of course the insurance won't cover!) which was a crack thru the speaker hole and thru the entire tower. Rending it dangerous and unless. These guys have understood my pain and not only offered quick solutions but PIECE of mine. I live in RENO, NV and i will have not problem towing the 500 miles for the service and piece of mind. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone...not matter how far away you live. Dave
