I am having a truly disappointing experience with Walnut Creek dealership. The customer service was lacking. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, failing to address my concerns or provide clear information. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, they were dismissive and unprofessional. The lack of communication and respect was astounding. I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership based on my experience. Nazir fails to follow up and has been lying about a solution for the last 2 months.

Terrible service. They didn’t have the parts I needed and had to source them, and it took me 2 months of following up to check if they arrived because no one called to notify me. Then when I finally did reach them it took the service rep a half hour and three holds to find out what I ordered. I asked them multiple times if they had same day appointments and they kept asking about availability later in the eeek before saying “hey you can come in today if you want”, as if they weren’t even listening. Awful stuff. Do better.

Needing a new car at some point, we went to test drive an HR-V. They took their time for us, but did not pressure us at all in making an immediate decision, simply answered our questions. Great experience, especially compared to other dealerships where they try all tricks and pressure tactics to get you to immediately buy something!

I have been a very loyal Honda driver for over twenty years, and was in the market for a new or used hrv. I looked at the cars in their lot and did a test drive. It was a pretty good experience until we sat down in the showroom to talk about money. I made an offer, they made a counter offer, when I asked them if they could bring it down a little more, that’s when they just stood up and left the table. It was extremely rude and made it clear that they don’t want my business. So, I took my business to Toyota who were 100 times more professional than this place.
