First let me say Ryan in their parts department is great, very knowledgeable and professional. I carried my 2008 Polaris 500 Ranger in for the same problem two different times. Each time they kept it for 8 weeks and charged me a total of $2454.20 and when I traded it yesterday it was still wasn't repaired. When I tried to call and talk with the owner, he told the receptionist to tell me to bring it back and they would repair it. If he isn't willing to get on the phone and discuss this issue with me, then he doesn't want my business. Ward's was recommended to me by a friend who grew up in Troy and has known the Wards for years. He said they where good people and I would get good service. This I am sure was true of the Wards that built the business. But like a lot of other family businesses, when the children take it over there is a total lack of customer appreciation. From what I have learned after talking to a number of people, this appears to be the case here. Due to the service and lack of respect I received at Ward's, I will not do business with them. I will make it a point to express my opinion and experience to all my friends, relatives and anyone else with whom I have a conversation. A J Ward you should know that I run three side by sides and three four wheelers on my farm. I purchased a replacement for the Polaris I referred to earlier this week. The others will be replaced in the future but not with you.

These people forget about you the moment they have your money. I spent over 40k on 3 vehicles last year. 2 of which are already broken down. I’ve had one in the shop for over a month and they refuse to call me or give me any updates. This service department will be the downfall of this buisness.

The service is awesome. We are traveling from Kansas City to Florida. One our bikes had a flat tire. The guys here came 3 miles to pick up the bike, able to get it fixed and we are back going again. Thanks for the excellent service. Highly recommend everyone to go here for service and all your needs. Thank you

I only gave 1star because I don't think it will let me give 0 stars. We recently picked up our 2019 420 Honda four wheeler after having an engine rebuild done on it. We delivered it on 11/23/2022 and was told we would have an estimate in a couple of weeks. We kept having to call back because we were not hearing from them. We finally received the estimate on 1/17/23 and approved it within a few days. We received a text on 4/22/23 that the repair was complete and ready for pickup. Because we live over 2 hours away, we scheduled an oil change on our pioneer to be done when we picked up the four wheeler. The soonest they could make the appointment was 5/3/23. This oil change was supposed to take about an hour. The oil change took 3 hours and when the four wheeler arrived home, the plastics were faded and the rear lights were fogged from sitting outside waiting for them to look at it and give the estimate. (We do not store it outside. Its only outside when in use.) Once again, we called them to bring it to their attention. After no return call for over a week, we called back again. They gave us a sob story about having no help and ultimately told us it was not their problem.
