10/10 trust these guys to take care of you and they'll even go the extra mile to make sure it's done right. I've had a terrible experience with a prior watercraft shop that included theft of my waverunners. (It's in Anaheim) That being said I did a lot of research before going here and they met and exceeded expectations. Robb the owner and his sons are trustworthy and reliable.

This was my first experience with these guys, and I have to say I was extremely pleased!
I needed to get some programming done that a large dealer / repair facility wasn't capable of doing for me. Robb and his son arrived, and within minutes, Robb's son took care of the issue. Robb looked over my SeaDoo and showed me a few items of concern. I agreed that the issues should be addressed and left my watercraft with them. Approximately 4 hrs later, the work was finished!
Prices are fair and reasonable. Service was amazing! They even included some work on my trailer as part service. (At no extra charge.) All promises kept... 👍👍

Took my fathers ski in there to get fixed and it just sat there for over a month then when my dad went to go check on the ski Rob the owner got in his face. I left work to go pick up the ski directly after that happened. Later found out the ski I built for father when I was in the army was ruined by Water Craft plus atv.

Never take your PWC to Rob. I took my seadoo Rxt there and he some how put 4 hours on my ski awhile being in the “shop”. Thing had a timing chain done and now ski only goes 60 and leaks oil. Good work guys! Close your doors and hang up the tools. Go across the street to Greg he actually puts it back together correctly.

AND Rob id never bring my toys back to you again even to fix. my seadoo was an 07 red rxt i came in last year im sure you remember me. you guys had my ski took engine apart you guys put a new timing chain. im just now testing the ski and i am finding the MPH quit working theres oil all under the ski and i brought u my ski with 50 hours now it has 54 hours. i actually have video proof before i took my seadoo to you. but now i am gonna sell the ski due to your guys horrible performance. Again anyone reading this go across the street to GREG hes a one man shop usually but he at least know what he is doing.

After an amazing experience in 2019 with Watercraft Plus ATV, we returned this week to have our skis checked out for this season. I called on Friday and spoke to the owner of the shop, we agreed my husband would bring the skis in after work on Wednesday. My husband tooK the skis in on Wednesday, fully expecting to drop our two skis off and we would pick them up after he worked on them. I am happy to say that their service was amazing just like our experience last year. The gentleman came out, completed the work while my husband was there and with a very reasonable invoice paid my husband brought home our skis all ready for the summer. I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else. We are super happy customers! I highly recommend Watercraft Plus ATV.

Rob and his techs have been working on my jet skis for over 8 years now. You will be hard pressed to find anyone in the industry with more depth and breadth of knowledge about watercraft than Rob Aldana. He can recite technical specs and how a particular part functions and it's purpose as easily as if he was reciting the alphabet. Over the years , he has made repairs , performance modifications on my skis , as well as trailer modifications and repairs on my trailers. He is exceptionally adept and skilled in metal fabrication and welding. But above all of this, he really comes off as a nice guy that truly cares about his quality of work and the reputation of his shop. In fact, one of my first experiences with his repairs was that one of my skis had a leaking intermediate seal on a 650sx. He changed it out, tested it in front of me to ensure it didn't leak before I left. I took the ski out to the river and rode for a few hours and it started to leak. Called up Rob, and he was more than happy to have me bring it back in and take care of it. It ended up being an additional part but he replaced and repaired it WITHOUT any additional charge as he said he should have replaced the second part when he did the intermediate seal. I knew then that I had found someone I could trust for all my repairs going forward. Over the years, I can tell that Rob is more interested in charging you fairly and keeping you as a happy, long term customer than one-off gouging you as the dealership or other places might. I really am grateful for Rob, not just as someone who repairs my skis, but as a genuine person. I am fortunate to have come across him and his shop.

I will ALWAYS refer my friends and anyone to Watercraft Plus.

The owner Rob works with his son. Rob said that the work is guaranteed for a year but I kept having to bring my toy back to him on more than one occasion after it had been over there for months. Rob tried to fix it and always said there was something else wrong. To this day my toy is still not running right. I don't suggest anyone goes there. If not for what happened to me just think, if he fixes something and it breaks down there's only Rob who is licenced and his son who is not. There is no way he can guarantee any work that he does due to fear of not making a profit if he needs to constantly repair something else. You're better off bringing your toys to a dealer or bigger business that can actually guarantee their work.
