When my husband began searching for a new truck he wasn’t satisfied with any of the local options. He saw a truck at Watsonville Cadillac GMC that he loved. When we called to inquire about the truck he saw online, the salesman Ramiro answered all of our questions and offered to send us additional pictures. Ramiro and Guerrimo patiently walked us through the across country sales process. They were available to us daily to answer questions and help us with the digital paperwork. General Manager,Blake Gates, helped us prepare for transport. Our truck was delivered today and it is everything we wanted and more. When “Ramiro” said the pictures didn’t do it justice, he was not lying. Beautiful truck, clean, and well maintained.
We highly recommend Watsonville Cadillac GMC. They provided wonderful customer service.

I definitely did not get what I paid for. I bought a 2020 INFINITI from this dealer and paid CASH over $34,000. They had it delivered to me to AZ. When I received it off the semi truck it was dead and on and empty tank and also filthy inside and out. When it was unloaded it was towed straight to a repair dealer. Needed a new battery. Then brought it home only for it to continue dying because it also needed a new alternator. Now months later I finally have my vehicle running and will be spending $1,700 on new tires. I was absolutely ripped off by this dealer and they did not care to make it right. Also was told by the repair shop it need a a new belt asap.
This dealer swore that I was buying a super reliable well taken care of care that was in excellent condition. I was LIED to and paid thousands because of it. Shame on this dealer

I called Joe in service and brought my Chevy Colorado on short notice
He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my engine light being on
He did and oil change for me in a timely manner
and told me to call him back if my light came back on. They even gave my truck a complimentary car wash.
This guy is a huge part of the team at your dealership
He is worth his weight in gold

bought a nice used Bolt Premier with low miles. Price was fair and they are doing the used EV credit at time of purchase which is nice. I love my car and the staff was really amazing. I didnt try to haggle price on the car, and it was on the higher end of kelly blue book, but the car is very nice and I feel like it was a great deal. They went out of their way to accommodate me, even letting me borrow the car so I didnt have to Uber home since it was a Sunday and the banks were closed. Overall this was a smooth and pleasurable experience and I recommend starting here.
