Farouk is great!! I have a 2024 Honda Civic and needed a system installed, Farouk showed me Focal power speakers and did a whole custom job for installing the equipment. I also got JL audio W6 and this thing rocks. Fully sound proofed my doors and did a digital rear view mirror. I’ve been coming here for years and they did all my vehicles but this specific job was above and beyond looks and sound awesome. Thank you to the team!!

West Coast Auto Sound is wonderful! I called to have an aftermarket radio/CD combo placed in my 20-year old SUV. The factory original CD player in the vehicle was no longer operable.
I know nothing about car stereo systems. Frank gave me affordable options to choose from. He was so delightful, helpful, and professional. He helped me pair my phone to Bluetooth and to set stations on the unit. I just needed something basic to get me going on a 20-year old vehicle.

place sucks wiring job is mediocre left my truck with engine noise. over charged not even true OFC wire CCA cable all around and the cables where warped in tape un raveled it and look like it was rushed not even in a care in the world to start a fire i wouldn’t recommend

i’m okay i don’t even wanna go back you where acting a fool when i asked why you charged me so much and you took out my cables with out asking and didn’t even bother telling me so i’m okay your shop is joke and you as well put a 5 channel amp and saying it was gonna be hard your funny it’s the same thing as wiring up any other amp your joke i wouldn’t recommend your shop to no one you as owner is a joke

I called Brian as the Sony XSVAX4000 touchscreen stereo was acting up a bit. Brian said to bring it in, so I stopped by. Juan, the service tech who did the install, saw me pull up and came out immediately. I explained, and he already knew that there was an issue as Brian had briefed him. Juan immediately began looking at the radio and was troubleshooting. Brian and I spoke, and he had to run out for a while and introduced me to Chris. Chris was also very knowledgeable and kind. I thanked Brian as he left and really appreciated his customer friendly service and knowledge. Chris was informed by Juan that the Sony XAVSX4000 head unit was defective. Unfortunately, Chris checked the inventory, and they were out of that model. Without hesitation, Chris upgraded the radio to a Sony XAVAX6000 at no cost. Now that is outstanding customer service. These guys are not only knowledgeable, professional, and friendly but also know business solutions and effective resolutions when faced with defective products, etc. I commend Chris for his skills, and also, while I was there, I watched him make other sales after fully explaining options relative to equipment and installation. Both Chris and Brian are well versed in car audio and video equipment, and I was very impressed with their transparency and approach. The installation department is led by Juan, who is a master installer, and he has two additional staff members that work with him. I can't say enough about this business, the people who own and operate the business and their amazing service.
Highly recommended.

Initial installation
What a fantastic experience at West Coast Auto Sound today with my wife's car. I reached out to Farouk and met with Brian, who showed me a few options relative to products that would work in the car. We looked at Navigation, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay as well as rear backup cameras and factory style fog lamps. The selection in the store is vast and well stocked, and after talking with Brian, I was sold on a nice Sony system. The service installers Juan and Moses were amazing and quite knowledgeable. Juan gave me a nice orientation on the system and how all the features work. I was quite impressed. The service requested exceeded my expectations in quality, installation, and warranty. The team at West Coast Auto Sound is phenomenal, and the service requested was completed in approximately 4 hours. The pricing is quite competitive, and Brian's customer service and warranty added much to the overall value. I highly recommend West Coast Auto Sound for all of you automitive sound and accessory needs. Top quality, great people, awesome equipment, and fair prices. 👌

This location is awesome, customer service is a 10/10, Farouk did not hesitate to help me out. I came in today because I blew out my rear speakers, he was nice enough to offer me good quality speakers at a good price. I called and asked if they would be able to install a brand new still-in-box 2-Way mobile radio. They said no problem to stop on by. They installed the radio and the antennae. They were efficient, professional and complete with excellent workmanship. The price was more than fair and I had to come back to have them do something quick that I didn't bring up and they did it in no time and didn't charge. Highly recommend these guys.
