The guys at West Coast Marine are awesome! I own a boat tour business in San Diego and have been buying and maintaining my Yamaha engines there for years. Since the very beginning, West Coast Marine has been very professional, honest and appreciative of my business. Their customer service and knowledge of boats and outboard motors can not be beat. Took my boat in for service early Oct 2023. Picked it up after they said it was fixed. Launched it off shelter island a week later and boat stalled again in the ocean ; same problem I took it to them that they said was fixed. $250 to get towed back to shelter island. Went to the manager and told him and he said," sorry. Looks like someone forgot to reconnect the fuel hose." No comp for the $250 mistake. Took it to the lake after he told me to personally reconnect the fuel hose and it stalled again. Same damn problem! They didn't fix anything. Billed me $1200 for nothing since the same engine problem exists. Find somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money!
