Ordered a Part #143-471-L and receieved the wrong side, although the packaging and everything was correct as the Left side, it wasnt since the part only works one way and clearly shows in their website illustrations for its fit and form. I returned the part but i received the same wrong part! 🙁 I called and with efforts to help them with their stock I suggested that they just compare the two parts so they can fix it, even if they could just send the other side since the part can only be used one way to opposite side. With patience I waited for the third time and still the part was wrong. At this point after all my patience and suggestions WCM never addressed my issue sending me the same wrong side parts three times! I believe the parts are made to ordered from vendors and I dont understand why they say parts are in stock online but then cant compare the two parts that would've fixed the issue in the begining for the customer and their stock!? Its so frustrating that i ordered this in November of last year but im still going back and forth with them... they then could not give a better resolution but to say that the warehouse is too busy and that they just refund me?! at this point I opted to suggest again that i just get the other Part #: 143-471-R so they can just compare it, they said theyll work on it, but untill now they never got back to me with eaither refunding me or doing the physical comparison with the Left and right parts, which only proves they really dont have these parts in stock.

WCM please fix this or give me my money back please.

Todd the CEO at West Coast Metric looks after customers the way us old timers are used to. I've talked to the lady that answers the phones as well as parts people, all knowledgeable and kind. They have the quality parts I need. I am doing 2 restorations simultaneously. You cant go wrong spending your money here!

I placed an order on Monday, and I received it by Tuesday afternoon, standard ground!
Back in 1999 when I redid the top on my '67 convertible, the ONLY rear window seal that would work and fit properly with the original aluminum trim in place was WCM! All the other 'top name' vendors I tried were terrible, and wouldn't fit right. 25 years later, it's held up flawlessly with no signs of cracking. WCM seals are simply the best available!

I needed some help with some not normal questions. I reached out to Angel and customer tech.
It’s really hard these days to find customer service or a technician that will go beyond the call of duty to help a customer out. Not only did he go out of the way he sent me some pictures of his Volkswagen in regards to the location of some items I needed to know where they’re. Located. On his own time!
I don’t know about you, but these days it’s real hard to find someone that cares enough that goes out of their way to help a customer out.
