I've brought them my 2 Harley's to work on for the last 5+ years and every time that take care of the problem. On two occasions they identified a small problem and took care of it for no extra charge. My clutch needed adjustment and I had a small oil leak, i didn't tighten the clamp enough, yes these are small things but other shops would have charged me.

They are great, anytime I have a problem they are they to take care of it. They just aren't out to make a buck off a person. I was prepared to spend a bunch of $$$ on a repair and they called me up an hour later telling me my bike was fixed and ready for pickup. They said the problem turned out to be minor one and I was good to go.

Another time I had to replace my clutch and asked how much more to put in a RECLUSE clutch and they worked their magic and got it done for a fair price.
Their labor rates are better than most places and the quality of work is real good.
Sometimes it may take a little long to get a repair done and this is only because of their quality and so many people bring bikes to them to be worked on. You can't go wrong bringing your bike here. I won't take my bike anywhere else.

Just lacking in the the customer service aspect. I've been a customer for over 8 years, you've worked on 3 different bikes for me and I've sent you a couple of customers as well.....Most recently, I came in just to have 2 tires removed from the wheels that were already off the bike, was charged $50 and had to take the old tires that were no good with me. A few days ago i brought the wheels in complete, they just needed to be balanced....I was told it was gonna be a couple hours, there wasn't black weights to match my wheels available, and it would be $60. I took my wheels 10 minutes down the road, paid $50, got black weights, and was done in 10 minutes. AND IVE NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE. A few months ago I came in seeking parts for a build, I was told by the guy working that he knew where some parts were and he would call me with some prices but never called. The work you've done for me has been good, and I like supporting local Indy shops....but no long time customer wants to be treated like just another faceless motorcycle enthusiasts.

Great shop. I've been to several mechanics in the area over the years and these guys are some of the best, fair prices and solid work. I told them I had a big ride coming up and needed my bike done ASAP and despite being extremely busy, they got my bike back, running and back to me within 24 hours. Can't beat that service, I highly recommend this shop for all your motorcycle service needs.
