I would give a ZERO rating if it was an option! Do NOT buy anything from this dealership! Horrible! The owner came across the counter with his finger pointed at my husband for questioning him about a loud squeel that was coming from the front tires on the brand new side by side we had just purchased. He was totally unprofessional and out of control. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against him and this business. He said NOTHING could be done. Well, we contacted a yamaha dealership in Broken Arrow and guess what They FIXED it!

We were passing through Ft. Smith and realized our front tire was not going to be safe. We called Westark Yamaha and explained our situation. We were told to come on over and they could help us. A short time later we were back on the road. Much thanks to the staff at the front desk and in the shop, you guys were wonderful. Highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

A group of three of us were heading down I-40 on our way to the Texas Hill Country when we realized one of us was showing cords on the rear tire. Westark Yamaha had the appropriate tire. They took us right in and had us on the road in 45 minutes. I asked where we could post a review and they said 'No worry, that's what we do'. We would highly recommend these folks. Old man in there sold me a chain for an atv and said it was the easiest one to use and now I need a chain press (found out after i bought it he gave me an o ring chain and they cut it before i could look at it)and of course they don't have one. Would recommend buying offline before going here!
