We use Westmoreland for all our oil changes, tire rotation and alignment, new tires, and brake pads and rotors. They will let you know if you need any work done or if what you ask for is not necessary at the moment. It is on a first come first serve basis, but the quality is worth the time. You can go to the quick oil change if you want fast service, but quality service is my favorite.

These people are unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. I've never seen such an unorganized business. Only in Ft. Payne. No matter how many times my family go there, they act as if they don't keep anything on file and they know nothing about our cars and past services, and can't find any info on their computers. I don't think they know how to operate their computer systems. They act like a bunch of befuddled old men. The worst part is, they don't care if you get help. They don't give a damn either way. Well, they lost a big sale today, and they won't get my business again. I walked out. I can't stand rudeness and incompetence. They're not the only game in town.

My tires were not in stock anywhere, they were able to order and get them in quickly. Good pricing and included the rotate and balance follow up service on them. Nice people good to work with. I’m new here and will use them in the future. They did not try to sell me something like some shops. Good advice and other services were also reasonably priced and quickly completed. Great on follow up service as well. Thank you

They always get us in and out the same day. I love their knowledgeable staff...very polite and helpful. I had my brakes fixed. All the way around and brake pads for a very reasonable price. I always leave there completely satisfied. I definitely recommend them to anyone having car problems.
