The service is terrible and very bad. We got the new truck from Westrux three months ago. The truck was broken and we brought back to fix. They charged $2600. We tried to negotiate with Someone who took care this services. He kept ignore us.

Bought a truck off this dealer not too long ago. Great service they took care of all the little issues the truck had. The seller that helped me out was really knowledgeable highly recommend you ask for Angelo he really takes care of you and your investment. I would also advice you to look for your own financing separately, I was recommended this lady Bessie Brauthigan from Ritchie bros financial services, don’t deal with her do your research before you finance and get stuck on a BS contract for the term and payment amount not the amount you financed. Be careful!!!

Brought my truck in to the Santa Fe location for a couple check engine lights on. The service manager got me right in it. It took them a few hours to diagnose the problem. They give me a qoute for fixing it and had me back on the road within a few hours of fixing the issue. Everyone for the service manager to the tech that worked on my truck were nice and super helpful. One of the greatest things is that there is no appointments required they are FCFS. Thank you Westrucx.

I’ve been coming to Westrux for over 4years (Colton location) . Never been to this location and never will. My truck was recently involved in an accident. Came to this location since they are the one who has body shop and I wanted the dealer to do the body work. Made a phone call just to be sure they will be able to do the estimate. Was told bring the truck we will get it done within 2-3 days.
Arrived on 01.02.2024 to get estimate done spoke with the body shop manager and another person was told will get back to you with a quote within few days or so. Few days went by no email or a phone call. Tried calling them no one would pick the phone at the body shop. Had to ask service and parts department to transfer ( seems like that’s the only way to get thru) . Last time I spoke with the person who told me I will call you back still no call .
I’ve wasted 6hours of driving. Days lost where I could have my truck worked on at the another location. Being OP down time is what’s killing us. Give yourself a favor find someone else who understands the industry and will be on be top of repairs and follow ups.
