My husband took our 87 sea ray to be worked on because it wasn't starting after purchasing two new batteries. Paid Westside marine over $1,000 in parts and labor to have fixed. After taking it out for a test, it started but did not run properly at all. We got stranded just down from the landing and had to swim the boat back to get it loaded. Took it back to Westside and paid another almost $1,000 for more repairs. When we took it out while on vacation, it started and ran for about five minutes and died. Wouldn't start again for a day and then my husband was finally able to get it to start but not drive. Since it was the weekend and Westside was closed, we had to wait until Monday when they opened to take it back. My husband left our vacation campsite and drove almost two hours one way to take it back. Called on Thursday for a check up on it since we didn't hear anything back and was told they couldn't look at it because they were backed up. We then had to spend extra money on renting a boat to at least have a few hours of enjoyment the last day of our vacation. Since we had to rent a boat, my husband had to pick up ours before they looked at it for a third time and charged us another grand for "fixing" it. Vacation was ruined and now we can't sell the non-running boat for the amount that we have put into it.

Westside Marine for the win!!!! Unfortunately I had every boaters worse nightmare happen, which is a cracked block....So engine replacement time for me....Spoke to several locations and they were WEEKS out from being able to replace my engine. Called and spoke with Chad and he said he would be able to get right on it! Within 2 weeks from making the call, the replacement engine (New Reman) was delivered to Westside and they had it pulled, swapped out and installed! With Westside's speedy service, we only missed 2 weekends of the boating season! As an added bonus, they were cheaper than everyone else I contacted! Thank you Westside for the quality and speedy service!

I’ve been using Chad for several years and can’t imagine a better place. From ski boats to duck boats he keeps us going. Prices are great, he’s quick, honest, and dependable.
