Worst experience with a very rude (and apparently only one) finance personnel. He was very rude and rushing my husband to sign the finance documents, not even giving him time to review the documents. Did not take the time to listen about why my husband is double checking VIN # due to misleading information from a prior purchase. Had we not driven 6 hours round trip I would’ve left. He told us he was rushing because he had to get ready for the next customer despite the fact that it was 9:30 am and we were the only customers there. No apologies after I pointed out that he was very rude. Was told by sales rep that we are not the first customers to complain about him. This is my husband’s second time purchasing from this business. And probably will not return or refer if the same individual remains employed here. I cannot understand why this behavior allowed in a business. Businesses only exist when customers exist. We are spending thousands of dollars on RECREATIONAL vehicles. We want to know what we are signing. So I hope the owner can see this review and address his staff. Other than the finance guy, the floor staff were very pleasant, helpful, and nice.

Came in on Sunday August 11th looking for a 2024 Ninja 500, Cameryn was able to help me get financed with a 562 credit score 2000 down and no co signer. This was my first time buying a bike 0 miles off the lot and honestly I thought i wasn’t going to get approved. Cameryn made the experience smooth and professional, I left Sunday without being able to get approved but Monday Cameryn called me telling me I was approved and bike would be ready Tuesday. Shout out to JC who took care of me on Tuesday 13th showed me the bike on got me out on my way within 45 minutes (bike had full tank) Overall I would recommend any first time buyers to buy their first bike at Wheels In Motion. Cam, niko and the gm are great. they worked with me even tho I was sold a bike from another shop that wasn't ca emission legal. They helped me understand what I needed to do to get my money back from the other dealer and they got me financed for my first every motorcycle brand new with zero miles, 4 months nobody else could get me approved but wheels in motion made it happen and I'm very grateful. I will be coming back for my next bike to wheels in motion. And I forgot to mention out of the few that did get me approved it was at max Apr, wheels in motion got me a great rate and for that I am also extremely grateful.(600 auto credit score and only 7 months iv been working on my credit) high recommended

INCREDIBLE selection of bikes and AMAZING customer service.

I was a walk-in looking for a particular bike and a sales rep named Cam HAPPILY helped me look at inventory, showed me all the additional costs to keep in mind for the upcoming purchase, and was super passionate about the sport, even amidst my making it clear that I wasn’t looking to buy right away. He was a no-pressure sales rep and was extremely knowledgeable.

Danny, the strong silent type, Kevin, the guy that looks like he stunt rides but is actually super knowledgeable about everything and Big Gil... what can I say... all the boys at WIM in the parts department are just the best. Being a female rider, they treat me with the utmost respect, ALWAYS go above and WAY beyond for me and will order whatever it takes until I have what I need and it fits. I deeply appreciate all of them. They truly care and are the best. Their prices are unmatched as well.
