Wow! I’ve owned many boats and dealing with these people was well worth the drive. Everyone involved with my purchase was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to understand the adage” the customer is always right”. Had a bearing go out on interstate 40. The tech Robert got me in immediately and help me an my family get back on the road. Replaced both bearings a hub and a race. My family and the trailer made it back all the way to Texas. Very thankful for Whit's Marine. Thank you.

I spoke with the parts guy about a 2015 Ascend D10t kayak(blue and white) that was on their website. I asked him if it was available and what the price was. He said they still had it and that it was $349. I assumed that the reason it was a good deal was that it was 3 years old. I drove over 100 miles to get it for my son. They showed me an A10 instead and made excuses about the website not having been updated. The parts guy I had spoken with lied and said I had said A10 instead of D10t on the phone. So now I have a disappointed son due to a parts guy who doesn't know what he's talking about.

Extremely disappointing service. They have poor customer service, didn’t take care of our boat when it was in their care, and they didn’t apologize or compensate for the damage that was caused to it under their care. The parts person Rick mansplained to me, telling me I should ask my dad how this works, because he would understand better than me…

Not impressed at all. Bought a 7 year old boat from them and was assured by Butch that it was gone through by their mechanics. Told me the boat was ready so I drove 3 hours to get it. When I got there I had to stand there an hour watching him drill holes in the boat to adjust the windshields. He didnt even vacuum out the shavings. Told me all the batteries were load tested and good to go. After about 2 hours I finally left with the boat and headed home. Instead of continuing the story I'll just list the problems.
1. Both trolling motor batteries were dead when I hooked up the charger, read .5 volts
2. Fishfinder quit working after 5 minutes in the water. No display at all.
3. On a choppy day the windshield Butch "adjusted" popped completely out of the frame.
4. Speedometer didnt work.
5. Stereo didnt work
6. Seat pole for rear seat was wrong diameter
7. Surge brakes on trailer didnt work
8. Its been over a month and I still dont have the title paperwork I need. They sent it to the wrong address. The registration they gave me for the boat was expired but somehow the sticker on the boat is good for 2 more years.
9. I emailed them letting them know about all the problems with boat and have not gotten any kind of response.
