Went in with a broke ball joint at 330 and gone by 430. These guys are not only good but gave me a great price on parts and labor. I could tell by some interactions as I waited that they were very helpful to some other customers and just had a great vibe. Good folks, go see em!

Talked to the owner on a Monday, explained to him that I'm a disabled vet and I need my 4 to get around on my farm . He said "bring it in today and they would get to it in a couple days " . We'll I called several time to check on it . The following Monday he said " there are vehicles in front of you that have been there 4 weeks ". I can't walk for 4 weeks . Dude if you would of been honest in the first place you would of not cost me 80 dollars for fuel for nothing .

My 4 wheeler needed a top end rebuild and I let this shop do it. I got my wheeler back and all the screws were missing out of the covers and the gas tank neck was cracked. Took it back 3 times for them to make it right and every time I got it back they had damaged something else. I wouldn’t let them work on a tricycle as I would be afraid the wheels would fall off. I had to give 1 star just to be able to write this or I would have given a no star. Poor workmanship was my experience so rider beware.

I had a great experience with wicked cycles, everyone was very professional and kept me updated on a regular basis on progress of my sxs. They fixed my brakes, found a busted shock and did maintenance. Very satisfied with these folks and will recommend them at every opportunity. Will go back every year for service.

Over the top customer service. Met us after hours to drop off and pick up our sxs. Super fast turn around on our lift and wheel barring repairs. They treated us more than fair on price. Couldn’t be more pleased. We will be returning to Wicked Cycles for future needs.

A Monday. Parts came in on Friday afternoon. I want to thank the mechanics for coming in on a Saturday to install the lift so I could pickup truck that afternoon. Great service and great price. Thanks guys!!

I took 2 side × side to Wicked Cycles to be worked on last fall. I called and checked on them quiet often. After 1 year they finally fixed one of the side x sides and told us to come get the other one that they didn't have time to work in it. Also told us we had 5 days to pick them up or we would be charged storage.

I recently purchased a 2020 Polaris RZR turbo 1000 4 seater. I took it to Karl Malone Polaris in Eldorado, AR to have a front end clunking sound diagnosed. They looked at it for 15 minutes and gave me a list of repairs totaling $4500. They said it need a complete prop shaft rebuild, amongst a list of other repairs…however, they never even removed my full skid plate. Needless to say, I took my unit to Wicked Cycles and that crew is nothing short of amazing. They fixed the clunk(a-arm bushings), put a new belt in her and did a complete service with all fresh fluids…$788!!! What an amazing team at Wicked cycles in Texarkana…shout out to Colton and Holly for taking such good care of me and my machine! This is the best place to take your machine…hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Those people are Wicked good!!!
