This dealership is amazing. We walked in with zero knowledge about wakeboats. Bret showed us a couple of NXT models, which blew us away. He wasn't pushy, and we scheduled an appointment to meet him at Saguaro Lake for a demo. At the lake he answered all 500 of our questions without hesitation. He didn't rush our decision making at all. Once we were ready to sign and take delivery he met us at the lake again. We went through all of the systems to ensure they worked properly, and he taught us a couple tricks about navigating at the dock and trailering. We will be back to upgrade in a few years!

I have a 2018 Mastercraft X23 that I purchased in 2019. The story is I was looking to buy it with Cole and Brett from their dealership but just before I did I found one in CA that an individual was selling because he was liquidating everything. I told Brett about it and he said if you don’t buy that boat we will. So I went to Sacramento and picked it up. Then when I brought it back I brought it into this dealership Cole, Brett and Don were so happy for me. Brett even went out with me on my new boat to help get it dialed in. This right there tells me these guys are dedicated to making customers satisfied and not trying to satisfy themselves. So any time I have had a need for annual services, oil changes, repairs on broken props, or any thing else, I have brought it to them. But not just because of how great they are as people but because they always get things done on time, and done correctly. I can’t tell you the many times I’ve called Don and had him patiently walk me through things I was doing wrong to help me do it right. Don and his crew have always been the biggest support for me to get back out on the water faster than any other dealership in the valley and I know that because I have friends with Centurion, Malibu, Tige, and Ski Natique boats. So first do yourself a favor and buy a Mastercraft, they are the best boat brand in the world, next if didn’t buy a Mastercraft then bring your boat to Don and his crew at Wolf Water Sports when something goes wrong. They are fantastic!

We have a 2018 XStar which has been a great boat. After moving to Arizona we had a few more issues than normal however we had a warranty which was used on these items.
Over time there became a few gray area problems where you could not decide what the cause of the issues were. Wolf was able to take care of the issues and keep all of us satisfied. I have owned a Mastercraft for the past 20 years. Wolf easily stepped above and beyond what any other dealer would have done. Thank you for getting us back out on the water so quickly at the beginning of summer.
