Was left with “we didn't charge you the $3000 labor because we couldn’t fix the boat and we feel bad for it.” Ok. And then an $1800 receipt for parts they cant show me the price they paid for them and instead of the owner explaining it, she says “i have other customers” and hangs up on me. Stay far away. ::: Please read owners reply below. This will tell you all you need to know about this marina and these people. I guess they are trying to shame me into removing the review by saying I don’t know how to hook up a battery, but I stand by every word. They did sell me new battery because I thought the battery was dead before it was towed into Woods Marina. Refused to refund that even tho it wasnt the battery. They also told me they had it on the water and it only needed a new grommet and had black water in gas due to old grommet malfunctioning. Who knows if that was just another lie. They told me they wouldn’t put the computer on until they told me the difference in price and lied about that too. Id still like to know what they paid for the parts they charged me for, but they hung up on me and said she “had other customers” after she released my boat from hostage to the tow company. $140 battery and $1800 computer later… Stay far away.

Our family has purchased two boats in the last month. Mark, Diana and Eva have made the entire process seamless. We purchased one used boat and one new boat and believe that the price we paid was good as well as the fact that there were no pressure tactics. They are all extremely personable and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and deal with a locally owned family business. Jerry and his staff are the best around. It is a pleasure and I look forward to doing business with him. They took great care of us on a boat that we did not even buy from him. So when it was time to upgrade boats, I did not even talk to anyone else. Can not say enough good things about this business. Highly recommend.

We have wanted a nice pontoon boat for years. We decided to start looking at Woods based on several recommendations. We’re so glad we did. Zack led us through the search to the perfect watercraft for us. Mark gave us an educational test drive and helped convince us we had found the right boat. There was ZERO pressure to buy, only helpful advice. To top it off, they are selling my old boat!
