I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service from the entire team at Woodside Auto & Tire. They were able to fit me in with a 45 minute heads up for a “four wheel alignment”( just as a courtesy I would always make sure to use more time for any business appointment ).

I arrived dropped off my car and they were super polite and helpful. I picked up my car two hours later and it was perfectly tuned. My drive home was with zero issues and worth every penny, the service was done correctly and I told them I would be back for future service on my car.

Woodside Auto never ceases to amaze me! They did a complete inspection on an '89 Subaru I purchased that had been sitting for 14 years. It had a list of issues that Matt and his crew diligently attacked with efficiency.
They never give up and always go the extra mile. It now runs and looks like a new ride!

Everyone at this business is very professional and very knowledgeable, from the owner Matt, Chris and Rick at the front desk to all the highly trained mechanical technicians. After gong to 4 different auto shops in redwood city, and getting bad information from 1, rude uncaring information at another, and another just wanted the order and not need to sell it.... Then friend suggested Woodside Auto, and before I got in the door , a mechanic was greeting me in the driveway. I then met Chris the manager, he was excited about my project and gave me 5 different options when my original idea didn't work for my truck. He stayed in touch, completed the work in a timely manner and took a personal interest in seeing that the job was done right, the way he'd want it if it were his truck. I'll be going back many times after such great service. Thanks to all the crew at Woodside Auto.

Visited Woodside Autobody today because of a flat tire. I spoke to Rick and he was to help me with my run flat. I had a nail in the tire and I was pleasantly surprised the tire was patchable. I was in and out of the autobody shop in less than 2 hours. I will visit Woodside in the future again for all my car issues.

I had my truck towed there with a very unusual problem. The truck wouldn’t turn off. Then wouldn’t turn on. They were able to fit me in on December 26th. They fixed the problem that day and just fixed a cable. I’ve been to places that would have replaced the starter. They are kind, don’t overcharge and trustworthy. Great place. With my truck I know I will be back.

I had a flat tire in the middle of the night and I had my car towed here and left it even before the shop opened. Woke up and went back to the shop and since my tires were way way worn out we decided to replace all 4. Paid about 860 for 4 good quality suv tires. Great service and I'd recommend them anytime.
